The method also includes forming a plurality of thermal control structures of the high thermal conductivity material coupled to at least one of the inner surface of the housing and the at least one inner component. The high thermal conductive material has a high-k value greater than about 400 W / (m * k). Additionally, the method includes flowing fluid adjacent to the high thermal conductive material to transfer heat to or from the high thermal conductive material.
