The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, ameliorating or treating aging, which comprises as an active ingredient a recombinant protein obtained by fusing a flagellin, a component of the flagella of the sepsis Vibrio vulnificus ( Vibrio vulnificus ), and a protein antigen of a pathogen. According to the present invention, there is an advantage that the recombinant protein of the present invention can be used to improve external and internal functions caused by aging and to enhance immunity. In addition, the composition of the present invention can easily immunize through mucosal administration.
