The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a polyhydral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) having a silane functional group reactive with a fluorine chain and coating the surface with a substrate to form a surface having water repellency and oil repellency.Accordingly, the present invention provides a coating composition for water-repellent and oil-repellent coating, which comprises a silane action machine and a fluorinated polyhydral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) to which fluorine-based functional groups are introduced. A coating composition for water-and oil-repellent coatings containing hydral oligomeric silsesquioxane is provided.;
