The present invention relates to a nondestructive examination apparatus to automatically detect rear surface corrosion and fatigue cracks around an aircraft rivet and, more specifically, relates to a nondestructive examination apparatus comprising: a sensor unit which applies a uniform electromagnetic field to a certain area of an aircraft structure fastened with metal rivets to measure a distortion of an electromagnetic field generated by an existence of the rivet; a signal processing unit which processes electromagnetic field distribution measured by the sensor unit; a defect reading unit which estimates rear surface corrosion and fatigue cracks around the rivet through the electromagnetic field distribution processed by the signal processing unit; a display unit which allows a user to visually discern the defect estimated by the defect reading unit; a control unit which controls the sensor unit, the signal processing unit, the defect reading unit, and the display unit; and a power supply unit which supplies power to the sensor unit, the signal processing unit, the defect reading unit, and the display unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
