摘要

The present invention relates to a biomarker for identification of exposure to toluene using micro RNA, and to an identification method using the same, and more specifically, by sorting 81 species of micro RNAs which are commonly over-expressed with 1.5 times of expression levels in the micro RNA derived from exosome and the micro RNA derived from cell strain by exposure of toluene, and six species of micro RNAs hypoexpressed with 0.66 times of expression levels, can be usefully used for monitoring toluene and determining harmfulness by using 87 species of micro RNAs as biomarkers, and can be used as a tool for inquiring toxicity effect mechanism caused by toluene.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
