The present invention relates to: a multi-fluid nozzle for manufacturing multiscale porous materials; a manufacturing device using the same; a manufacturing method; and insulation materials manufactured therefrom, and specifically, to a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method for manufacturing the insulation materials having super insulation performance by adhering to solid hollow particles and being uniformly deposited with swelling movement and spiral movement of nanofibers by electrospinning to a collector having a structure capable of potential difference concentration, which is conducted by providing the multi-fluid nozzle capable of separately jetting gas and polymer mixed with micro-scale solid-state hollow particles capable of changing the supply size through different flow paths, and to the insulation materials having a matrix structure in which nanofibers are adhered to the microscale solid hollow particles manufactured therefrom.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
