The present invention relates to a process for preparing a granulated product, comprising the steps of: (a) mixing a new granule powder obtained by pulverizing a dried new granule (Massa Medicata Fermentata) with water; (B) mixing the leftover mixture of step (a) with a meringue leaf and fermenting the mixture; And (c) drying and pulverizing the fermented Moringa fermented product of step (b) to prepare a powder.
