The present invention relates to a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe using discoloration/antibacterial properties and a packing having excellent fracture resistance, to provide a strong binding force while stably maintaining watertightness after a pipe is inserted. According to the present invention, the PVC pipe is made of a composition including: 0.02 to 0.1 parts by weight of an inorganic antibacterial agent wherein silver ion, and silicate containing sodium or calcium ion are mixed; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of polysiloxane gel; 1 to 10 parts by weight of nano calcium carbonate with a particle size of 20 to 80 nanometers; 0.01 to 0.1 parts by weight of a complex surfactant; 1 to 3 parts by weight of calcium carbonate filler with a particle size of 1 to 3 micron; 2 to 8 parts by weight of a calcium-based thermal stabilizer; 1 to 2 parts by weight of a wax-base processing aid; and 2 to 5 parts by weight of a methylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene (MBS) based impact modifier with respect to 100 parts by weight of a PVC resin.
