The present invention relates to a rigid vinyl chloride pipe having excellent strength and resistance to water pressure. Especially, the present invention relates to a rigid impact PVC pipe having excellent strength and resistance to water pressure, prepared using a PVC poly vinyl chloride having a K-value of 72. The rigid impact PVC pipe resin composition of the present invention is formed by mixing 1 to 3 parts by weight of a Tin complex, 3 to 10 parts by weight of an impact reinforcing agent, 1 to 3 parts by weight of a processing material, and a methacrylate-based lubricant with respect to 100 parts by weight of a PVC resin having a K-value of 72.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
