摘要

The present invention relates to a polyurethane-based induction heating adhesive having excellent induction heating characteristics for bonding polymer materials. More specifically, the present invention relates to the polyurethane-based induction heating adhesive having excellent induction heating characteristics for bonding the polymer materials by surface-modifying, into a metal alkoxide composite, a magnetic metal compound or a mixture of the magnetic metal compound and metal oxide which is used in a conventional polyurethane-based induction heating adhesive for bonding polymer materials and using the surface-modified metal alkoxide composite. Accordingly, compared with the conventional polyurethane-based induction heating adhesive for bonding the polymer materials, the polyurethane-based induction heating adhesive of the present invention not only has excellent induction heating characteristics including shortening of a bonding process time and exhibition of more excellent adhesion properties, but also is environmentally friendly by preventing an organic solvent from being used in the adhesive of the present invention. Further, the polyurethane-based induction heating adhesive of the present invention can extremely simplify the bonding process by enabling the bonding process to be performed within a short time through induction heating if it is necessary.
