The present invention relates to a cantilever-type footbridge capable of limiting a progress of a shear crack occurring on a connection part of a bridge, and enhancing adhesion between fixed ends of the girders and the connection part of the bridge. The cantilever-type footbridge comprises: girders respectively installed in the connection parts disposed on one side or both sides of the bridge; a plurality of underfloor support beams installed in regular intervals on the top of the girders, wherein the underfloor support beams intersect each other; a handrail fixing beam connecting free ends of the adjacent girders; a falling prevention handrail installed in the top of the handrail fixing beam; and a plurality of deck plates installed in the top of the underfloor support beams. According to the present invention, the cantilever-type footbridge further comprises: a fixing bracket having one side welded to a fixing end side of the girders such that the other side faces the connection part having a plurality of anchor bolt fastening holes formed in a plurality of rows and columns; and a plurality of reinforcing materials having a vertical flat plate shape perpendicular to the other side of the fixing bracket, and installed in regular intervals along a horizontal longitudinal direction of the fixing bracket. In addition, the anchor bolt fastening holes in row are disposed between the reinforcing materials, and the reinforcing materials are correspondingly inserted and fixated between the anchor bolt fastening grooves formed in the connection part; thereby limiting a progression of a crack from occurring in the anchor bolt fastening grooves.
