Aluminum ion and zinc ion doped tin oxide particles produced by a production method of the present invention have remarkably improved electrochemical characteristics such as electrical conductivity, improved optical characteristics, and remarkably improved the surface characteristics such as the specific surface area of the particles as the free electron density of particle surfaces is increased by fine bubbles and the band gap energy of the particles is decreased. In addition, since the production method of the present invention allows the aluminum ion and zinc ion doped tin oxide particles to be produced in a continuous process while maintaining the above effects, the production scale can be remarkably increased, which is advantageous in high production efficiency and process efficiency. The production method comprises a step of contacting a metal precursor droplet including an aluminum precursor, a zinc precursor, and a tin precursor with microbubbles, and a step of synthesizing the aluminum ion and zinc ion doped tin oxide particles through thermal reaction.
