An aluminum ion-doped zinc oxide luminous material of the present invention has a unique structure which includes secondary particles formed by the coagulation of single crystal particles into a ring shape, wherein the unique structure offers excellent luminous characteristics, and the particles have a uniform composition and size, and a high specific surface area. Also, the aluminum ion-doped zinc oxide luminous material is fluidized during the synthesis process by fine bubbles, thereby inducing a thermal-hydraulic reaction that allows continuous synthesis of the luminous material.
