The present invention relates to a user interests-based hot place recommendation server comprising: a user interests collection part collecting user interests information including at least one of a user profile, a user visiting location and a user interests from a user behavior collection application installed in a portable terminal of a user; a hot place determination part collecting social network service (SNS) posting information, which satisfies a specific criterion in a posting content created in a SNS server, and analyzing the collected SNS posting information to determine a plurality of hot places; and a hot place recommendation part analyzing the user interests information to recommend at least some of the plurality of hot places to the user.
