The present invention relates to a top-down pile construction method using a detachable bearing unit, and a top-down construction method using the same. A detachable bearing unit and a large diameter PHC pile supporting a load of a structure and a work load of a basement layer are constructed by being connected in the top-down construction method, and a steel pillar is connected to the PHC pile by being inserted into the detachable bearing unit to conduct excavation construction. As such, the top-down pile construction method using the detachable bearing unit is able to remarkably reduce pile construction costs in a top-down section. According to a desirable embodiment of the present invention, the top-down pile construction method using the detachable bearing unit comprises: (a) a step of boring a bored hole in a predetermined depth; (b) a step of forming a reinforcing plate and embedding the detachable bearing unit which is coupled as a coupling unit of the reinforcing plate is coupled to a connection bolt of the PHC pile of a joint unit into the bored hole; (c) a step of lightly hitting an upper end of the detachable bearing unit, and embedding a front end of the lower PHC pile into a support layer; (d) a step of inserting the steel pillar having a plurality of stud bolds on the outside of a lower part, into a hollow of the bearing unit, and embedding a lower end to the PHC pile of the joint unit; (e) a step of injecting grout into the PHC pile of the joint unit; (f) a step of disassembling the detachable bearing unit from the PHC pile, and drawing out the bearing unit to the outside; and (g) a step of refilling the bored hole with soil.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
