PURPOSE: A form system for an RC beam construction in an RC top-down construction manner and an RC top-down construction method are provided to mount a slab form and facilitate installation and dismantlement.;CONSTITUTION: A form system for an RC beam construction in an RC top-down construction manner comprises a joint form(200) and a connection form(300). The joint form is for forming a joint part of an RC beam and a center part(111) of a composite column. The joint form is attached to and detached from the center part of the composite column.
