The present invention relates to a servo cylinder capable of performing high output and high precision in the field of electric press. The present invention adopts a servo motor control system to realize a high output and high precision operation. The present invention is able to secure the concentricity of the ball screw and to improve the transmission efficiency by implementing a new servo cylinder that stably supports the rear end of the ball screw by applying a plurality of bearing combinations. The present invention is able to solve sagging phenomenon and trembling phenomenon even when the rod is drawn out to the maximum, by implementing a new support structure combining the needle bearing on the inner side of the rod and the oilless bush on the outer side of the rod for the support of the rod tip end. Accordingly, the present invention is able to provide a servo cylinder for improving the noise reduction and durability as well as for improving the transmission efficiency and securing the reliability of the operation according to the precision control.
