The present invention relates to a process for preparing a terpolymer of an epoxide comprising an electron withdrawing group using an asymmetric catalyst, an epoxide having no carbon dioxide and an electron withdrawing group. The method for preparing the terpolymer of the present invention can synthesize an eco-friendly high value-added polymer which facilitates catalyst recovery and reuse after the reaction by using an inhomogeneous catalyst as a copolymerization catalyst and includes an electron withdrawing group in the polymer, .
