The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a non-slip mat using an environment-friendly DMF free polyurethane resin, and to a method for manufacturing a mat in which a drying time is reduced and the process is simple in a process for manufacturing an environment-friendly polyurethane coating fabric, and a waterproof function is included in the environmentally-friendly polyurethane coating fabric, which has an improved grip function to prevent slipping. According to the solution for the problems, the present invention can provide the resin which can be applied to an infant product, in particular, by manufacturing the environmentally-friendly mat using the DMF-free polyurethane resin.
