The present invention relates to an integrated apparatus for treating adulterations equipped with a forced transfer and cutting device for adulterations, which pumps a filtrate with a cyclone, discharged through primary treatment of adulterations from manure or livestock wastewater using a rotary screen and through pressurized dehydration of adulterations using a screw press. The filtrate is dispersed and supplied to a seed removal screen and a centrifuge connected to the cyclone, to remove fine adulterations such as seeds, beast hair and silt, so that various residue components discharged from the seed removal screen are put back into the screw press to perform dehydration treatment together with the adulterations. More particularly, the present invention has a rotary cutter which rotates in the form of a worm gear according to the shaft rotation of an extrusion screw in a state of being engaged with the extrusion screw of the screw press, and the rotary cutter has a structure in which three or four semicircular cutter units are integrally formed in the form of three or four leaf clovers so as to be precisely interlocked with a spiral wing portion of the extrusion screw. Therefore, it is possible to crush and cut the adulterations into an appropriate size, which are relatively large in volume or longer in length among the adulterations injected into the screw press through the rotary screen by using the rotary cutter. Through this process, dehydration efficiency can be improved by reducing unnecessary gaps between the adulterations, and also, a malfunction, miss operation and overloading of a device due to winding of long lengths of the adulterations with the extrusion screw of the screw press can be prevented in advance.
