The present invention relates to a composition for quantitating NAD (H) using a mutant of a metagenome-derived blue fluorescent protein (mBFP) derived from a metagenome, which fluoresces in combination with NADPH, and with the present invention, it is possible to quantitate both the coenzyme NAD (H) and NADP (H), to solve problems existing in conventional coenzyme quantitative kit, and furthermore, it is possible to diagnose various diseases and construct a library of enzymes dependent on NAD (H) or NADP (H).
