The present invention relates to an apparatus to purify exhaust gas using mixed strains (BM-S-1); and installing an exhaust gas processing apparatus including a bio filter and a spray device in an exhaust gas outlet of a ship and the like to reduce nitrogen oxide, etc., of the exhaust gas of the ship and the like by using the mixed strains. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: the bio filter installed between an inlet and the outlet of the exhaust gas processing apparatus, and formed with a carrier with porosity and a high-surface area inoculated by a medium of microorganism culture wherein the mixed strains (BM-S-1) of an ATCC deposit number of KTCT 11789BP cultivated and activated; a water collection tank wherein microorganism circulation water sprayed from the spray device is collected; and a circulation water circulating device to transfer and supply the microorganism circulation water of the water collection tank to the spray device.
