Method for production of the reclaimed rubber with electron beam and the reclaimed rubber therefrom

The present invention relates to a method for producing reclaimed rubber and reclaimed rubber produced thereby. According to the method of the present invention, once reclaimed chlorobutyl rubber is produced by irradiating an electron beam of 230-270 Kgy to chlorobutyl rubber waste, the original chlorobutyl rubber and the reclaimed chlorobutyl rubber are crushed and mixed to form reclaimed rubber. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a method of producing reclaimed rubber through physical treatment alone without chemical treatment. Additionally, the method for producing reclaimed rubber of the present invention has a simple process capable of reducing production time and costs, and thus is very economical. Moreover, the reclaimed rubber produced by the present invention has external appearance and physical properties similar to the original rubber, and thus can be effectively utilized as an alternative to the original rubber.
