The present invention relates to a ladder fixation apparatus used for embarking a pilot and using magnetic force to prevent a rope ladder from being swung. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a ladder including footsteps installed in any one position of a hull and connected with a rope to hold an interval, wherein a ninth footstep of the footsteps is formed with a twisting prevention footstep; a ladder fixation device installed in the twisting prevention footstep; and a wireless controller wirelessly connected to the ladder fixation device to control turn-on/off. Thus, when the wireless controller sets the turn-on of the ladder fixation device, a magnetic force is generated to be attached on the hull. Accordingly, the ladder fixation apparatus couples the ladder fixation device (200) to the twisting prevention footplate (130) to prevent swing of the ladder (100) and uses magnetic force to be attached on the hull, thus fixating a ladder for a pilot without swing, to provide safety.
