The present invention relates to a method to provide psychological test results using a scanned image. According to the present invention, the method executed in a psychological test server having a psychological test result providing program mounted thereon comprises: a step of selecting, as an automatic psychological test result, a home-tree-people (HTP) test result corresponding to a picture for a psychological test selected as a picture similar to an inputted picture, or a questionnaire test result corresponding to an automatic recognition questionnaire displayed by automatically recognizing response content of an inputted questionnaire when receiving a picture or questionnaire analysis request while a scanned image of a picture drawn for the HTP test by a user or a questionnaire made for a questionnaire test by the user is displayed in a psychological test server through a scanner; a step of referring to the content of the automatic psychological test result displaying evaluation items and a text input window selected or eliminated to allow a consultant to directly evaluate a test result in accordance with the propensity of the user together with the automatic psychological test result when a test result is requested after the automatic psychological test result is selected; and a step of displaying the displayed automatic psychological test result, and evaluation content inputted in the selected evaluation items and the text input window to provide the same as the final psychological test result. According to the present invention, the scanned image of the picture drawn by the user or the questionnaire made by the user are automatically recognized to be used for the psychological test, thereby being able to remarkably reduce an HTP or questionnaire test time; and the HTP psychological test and the questionnaire test are performed in parallel, thereby providing quick, accurate analysis results.
