According to the present invention, a system and a method for providing a picture psychological test service using a smart phone application are configured to receive picture information provided through test paper for a picture psychological test in which a plurality of unit recording mediums printed with information for a picture psychological test are formed in a book-like form such as a notebook or a sketch book by an application of a smart mobile terminal, transmit the data to a server, and quantitatively and qualitatively analyze expert diagnosis data inputted through an expert diagnosis terminal to transmit a result therefrom to a user smart mobile terminal.
