The present invention relates to an integrated energy prosumer unit and a method thereof, and a system and a method for managing integration energy having the same. The integrated energy prosumer unit is installed in a distribution board and a panel board, manages energy generation and storage states by monitoring a photovoltaic generation state and an energy storage state in real-time, and manages a consumption state of energy by monitoring power consumption state for each load in real-time. An extinguishing device with a sticker type which is manufactured with a phase change material and adjusts the internal temperature is attached to inner surfaces of the distribution board and the panel board. According to the present invention, an energy prosumer site can be established with optimum costs in a short period by integrating an existing system which is separately installed and operated into one system.
