A medicine order management method of a medicine order management server according to a desired embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of receiving prescription information including medicine information prescribed from clinic terminals; a step of classifying the collected prescription information and calculating the prescription trend of homologous medicine included in the classified prescription information; a prescription trend analyzing step of analyzing the increase and decrease of the prescription trend of homologous medicine when the total prescription quantity of the homologous medicine is maintained within a preset range; a survey result receiving step of receiving the change trend of a first survey result ranking and the change trend of a second survey result ranking from a survey server; a sales performance information analyzing step of receiving sales performance information of the homologous medicine from a pharmaceutical company server and analyzing the received sales performance information; and a pathogenesis trend information collecting unit which collects pathogenesis trend information related to the symptom of a patient corresponding to the homologous medicine.
