The present invention relates to an offshore wind turbine support structure, comprising: a cylindrical suction bucket portion having an opening at a lower surface to be constructed through the seabed by vacuum suction, having an upper surface to be closed, and having a side surface to protrude from an upper side of the upper surface at a certain height; a conical support portion having a ring shaped member secured on an upper surface of the protruding side surface of the suction bucket portion on the inner surface, having a hollow portion in an interior portion, and provided with a flange inserted toward the outside of the protruding side surface; and an extension portion extended at a certain length to protrude from the offshore at an upper portion of the support portion, and having a hollow portion therein. According to the present invention, an offshore wind turbine concrete support structure having a several tens of meters height can be separably manufactured by using a provided offshore installation technique such that costs and time for constructing the support structure can be reduced, and simultaneously the straightness of the support structure is adjusted to improve structural stability. Thus, the offshore wind turbine can be stably supported.
