The present invention relates to a livestock manure treatment system. The livestock manure treatment system includes: an aeration tank receiving wastewater from livestock manure; a bubble removing tank removing the bubbles generated in the aeration tank; a nitrogen removing tank removing the nitrogen components in the manure and wastewater in the aeration tank; a purification tank purifying the inflowing wastewater after removing the nitrogen components in the nitrogen removing tank; and a storage tank storing the water purified in the purification tank. The aeration tank includes: a chamber having a treatment space formed therein; a wastewater supply unit supplying the wastewater to the treatment space of the chamber; a treated water discharging unit for discharging the treated water from the treatment space; a sediment discharge unit for discharging the sediments in the treatment space; and an oxidizing means which is arranged on the lower end of the treatment space in a rotatable manner, supplies air, and forms a vortex with the air bubbles, and moves the sediments to the sediment discharge unit.
