How to determine the origin tidal utilizing the complex stable isotopic analysis of bivalves

The present invention provides a method of determining a place of origin of domestic and imported products through a stable isotope analysis method of using the content of carbon and sulfur, which are specific elements that have isotopes contained in the tidal flat bivalve, and using the ratio of the isotope content of each element derived therefrom. The method of determining a place of origin of tidal flat bivalve using an analysis method of stable isotope includes: a) selecting and freeze-drying tidal flat bivalves for origin determination, and then crushing the sample; b) removing lipid from the crushed sample; c) removing the inorganic carbon and analyzing a stable isotope ratio so as to determine a place of origin. Accordingly, this method provides more improved reliability than a conventional carbon and nitrogen isotope ratio analysis method, and therefore, can prevent errors in origin determination that may occur when genetic information is the same even if a habitat is different.
