It provides the method of discriminating the origin of the domestic and imported mountains through the stable isotope analysis method using the content of carbon and sulfur, which are isotopes contained in the tidal flat bivalves, and the ratio of isotope content of each element derived therefrom. The method of determining the origin of tidal flat bivalve using stable isotope method is as follows: a) selecting the tidal flat bivalves for livestock identification, lyophilizing and then crushing the sample; b) removing lipid from the ground sample; and c) determining the country of origin by analyzing the stable isotope ratio by removing the inorganic carbon. According to this method, since the reliability is higher than that of the conventional carbon and nitrogen stable isotope consumption analysis method, It is possible to prevent an error in the discrimination of the origin that may occur in the case of the same.
