One aspect of the present invention provides a consonant cluster input device installed in a computing device to express a consonant cluster formed with two or more consonants, not a double consonant, inputted through a software or hardware keyboard. According to the present invention, the device comprises: a character input unit to receive consonants consecutively inputted through the keyboard and then to determine whether or not a vowel is inputted; and a character determination unit to determine whether or not the consonant cluster is inputted when the character input unit determines input of the vowel. When the input of the consonant cluster is determined, the character determination unit refers to a storage device of the computing device, a server or a device connected to the computing device, or a dictionary database integrally included in the input device to extract a pattern corresponding to the consonant cluster, and refers to a consonant cluster pattern frequency table of the database to search for a pattern type capable of expressing the consonant cluster and a frequency thereof, thereby extracting and providing a pattern of the highest frequency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
