The present invention relates to a method for producing a filter comprising nylon and polyvinylidene fluoride nanofibers on both sides of a substrate, wherein nylon and polyvinylidene fluoride nanofiber layers are formed on both sides of the substrate, Wherein the low-melting-point polymer unit is adhered via an adhesive layer which is electrospun. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing the same.The filter of the present invention is advantageous in that the bonding between the substrate and the nano fiber layer is promoted through the adhesive layer to suppress the desorption phenomenon as much as possible and the manufacturing process can be simplified by rotating the substrate up and down by 180 in the manufacturing process .;
