The present invention relates to a supporting device for a rectal surgery, which provides a surgical space to make movement of surgical instrument easy by supporting a rectal inner wall during a rectal surgery, and provides the supporting device for a rectal surgery, which comprises: a body which can be folded or unfolded, and forming a semicircular cylinder in an expanded state; a plurality of supports positioned on the curved surface of the body; and a rod positioned longitudinally along a central axis of the body, so that the rectal inner wall can be securely supported while the supporting device is positioned, the surgical space is provided, and clipping of a surgical site can be performed at a time, thereby improving simplicity, accuracy, and reliability of the surgery.
