Novel portable airborne bacteria capturing device comprising liquid anode and uses thereof

The present invention relates to a method of collecting microorganisms in the air by using a corona discharge and a liquid anode, a portable airborne microorganism collecting apparatus including a liquid anode used in the above method, and a method of analyzing microorganisms in the air using the apparatus. When the airborne microorganism collecting apparatus of the present invention is used, the present invention is able to generate a corona current of a level higher than that of a corona discharge apparatus using a conventional solid electrode due to the liquid anode included therein, to perform simultaneous trapping and crushing of microorganisms in the air, and to analyze the microorganisms in the air by using the gene contained in the liquid anode, thus being able to be widely used for more effective detection and quantitative analysis of the microorganisms in air.
