A complex pH sensor according to the present invention includes: a composite material pH responsive electrode including a sample contacting portion and a metal oxide dispersed in a polymer resin, glass, or ceramic matrix material; a reference electrode; a core which has one side located on the same side as a sample contacting portion of the pH responsive electrode and the other side being electrochemically connected to at least a portion of the reference electrode through an electrolyte solution, and in which an electrolyte solution is able to move from the one side to the other side; and a sensor responsive portion which is formed of the sample contacting portion and a sample contacting portion of the core located on the same side as the sample contacting portion and the sample contacting portion, and which is capable of polishing a surface. Accordingly, the present invention is able to repeatedly reproduce a surface of a pH sensor responsive portion by simple polishing.
