Submarine cable laying apparatus and laying method

The present invention relates to a submarine cable burying device and a method thereof. A cable supplying barge and a tow barge are settled and disposed on the sea, a plow leading and moving a marine cable in the sea-bed from a cable supporter of the cable supplying barge on the bottom of the sea. The plow is moved and adjusted based on a suction file through a crane and a concrete weight as a tow wire on the sea-bed. The marine cable is buried for each section to the corresponding buried point through a plow side mandrel, so that a work environment in which suspended sediment of the sea-bed is significantly reduced and the number of divers mobilized underwater according to a marine cable work is reduced. Reduction of the air and the costs for a burying work according to a cable burying can be significantly reduced by smoothly burying the marine cable to the corresponding point without an excavation work and a backfill work of the sea-bed by using an existing waterjet.
