The present invention relates to a method for producing a soybean fermented product enhanced with a physiologically active substance and a soybean fermentation product produced by the method, wherein the soybean embryo is germinated and expanded, followed by fermentation by introducing lactic acid bacteria, - a method for producing soybean fermented product having increased antioxidative activity and enhancing the content of physiologically active substances such as aminobutyric acid and isoflavone, and to provide soybean fermented product prepared thereby. The soybean fermented product in which the physiologically active substance produced according to the present invention is promoted can be used as a material for lactic acid bacteria, health food, beauty food, functional food such as tablets and capsules, medicine and the like.
