The present invention relates to an inhibitor comprising dinoflagellates Alexandrium spp. against scuticociliates and, more specifically, to an inhibitor comprising Alexandrium andersonii cells and a culture medium thereof against scuticociliates. The inhibitor comprising dinoflagellates Alexandrium spp. and a culture medium thereof against scuticociliates of the present invention can control scuticociliates in a safe biological method, and is harmless to fish resources except scuticociliates.
