The present invention relates to an earthquake resistant window structure and a construction method thereof and, more specifically, an earthquake resistant window structure and a construction method thereof to improve convenience for earthquake resistant design construction and to maximize earthquake resistant design efficiency. The earthquake resistant window structure according to the present invention comprises: a multilayer glass which is configured with a plurality of single separate glasses with a spacer interposed therebetween; and a chassis which finishes the periphery of the multilayer glass. An integrated buffer cap made of an elastic material is installed between the chassis and the multilayer glass to cover each corner slope of the multilayer glass, the multilayer glass is cut according to the window size, each cut cross section is rounded so as not to represent fracture scratch, the chassis is embedded and fixed to a wall body of a structure, and a vibration absorption means is interposed between the wall body and the chassis.
