The present invention relates to an anthracene-perfluoropolyether-based ultra-water-repellent surface treatment agent and a method to treat an ultra-water-repellent surface of a PET fiber by using the same. More specifically, the method includes: a step (first step) of injecting polyethylene terephthalate (PET), an anthracene-perfluoropolyether-based ultra-water-repellent surface treatment agent, and a fluoric solvent into a reactor; a step (second step) of treating an ultra-water-repellent surface of the PET through a chromatic reaction to the ultra-water-repellent surface treatment agent by heating the reactor; and a step (third step) of washing and drying the treated ultra-water-repellent surface of the PET. According to the present invention, as the surface of a PET fiber is treated with the anthracene-perfluoropolyether-based ultra-water-repellent surface treatment agent which is bioeco-friendly, the present invention is capable of preventing damage to a physical property and air-permeability of a fabric while having restorability for restoring initial water-repellency and advantages for industrialization, and moreover, applying the PET fiber, treated with the ultra-water-repellent surface treatment agent, to various industries such as functional clothing, medical materials, and oil-water separation films.
