The present invention relates to a rotary cutting type label printer (90) comprising: a corona discharger (200) disposed between an input part (100) and a frame (300) to treat an upper surface of a surface sheet (S) in order to facilitate printing, so as to feed a raw label fabric (L) to a printing unit (400); and a coating unit (500) installed in the frame (300) to be disposed between the printing unit (400) and a punching unit (600), so as to coat the upper surface of the printed surface sheet (S). Accordingly, ink is able to be easily smeared after a surface of the surface sheet (s) is roughened through the corona discharger (200) and then an upper part of the surface sheet (S) is coated; thus providing an effect capable of preventing the ink from being stuck on a hand even if a user touches a label (A).
