The present invention relates to an optical module for obtaining a 3D image having a narrow end part, and an endoscopy for obtaining a 3D image comprising the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an optical module for obtaining a 3D image having a narrow end part to reduce the size of an end part and realize miniaturization by emitting light to a measurement object through the same optical fiber bundle and acquiring reflection light reflected from the measurement object, and an endoscopy for obtaining a 3D image comprising the same. The optical module includes a light source, a pattern generating device, an optical splitter, an optical fiber bundle, and an optical image detecting unit.
