An optimal solution derivation apparatus according to the present invention includes: a first algorithm operation unit for acquiring a plurality of centroids with each position value by converging a plurality of particles with d-dimensional variables corresponding to an optimal solution of a d-dimension for a target function as a position value and a velocity value several times; a second algorithm operation unit for acquiring a plurality of candidate points which correspond to the plurality of centroids, respectively and include position values, respectively; and an optimal solution derivation unit for deriving the position value of the candidate point with the minimum costs for the target function among the plurality of candidate points as an optimal solution. Accordingly, the present invention can derive the optimal solution by minimizing a calculation time.
