The present invention relates to a door closer coupled to a door or a support part around the door to automatically close the door, capable of being installed even in a narrow space. According to the present invention, the door closer comprises: a main case having a coupling hole formed on one side surface in order to be coupled to the door or the support part; a winding drum body received inside the main case to be elastically rotated, released to the outside of the main case to couple one end to the door or the support part corresponding to a coupling portion of the main case, and wound to the inside of the main case to close the door; a front case covering a front side of the main case and having a coupling hole formed in a central part; a rear case covering a rear side of the main case and coupled to one side surface of the winding drum body; a tension adjustment part to adjust a tension of the winding drum body; and a deceleration gear part to reduce an elastic rotary power of the winding drum body.
