The present invention aims to provide a billiard practice device used for a person who practices billiards to learn a hit point or stroke of a billiard ball. The billiard practice device according to the present invention includes: a table having a bottom surface on which a billiard ball is able to roll, and a peripheral wall protruding from the bottom surface around an edge of the bottom surface; and a hit point indicating member installed on one side of the table. The hit point indicating member includes: a body which is able to partially cover the billiard ball placed at a position where a cue ball stops on the table; and a plurality of cue stick passing holes provided in the body for allowing a cue stick to pass therethrough. The billiard practice device according to the present invention is able to be conveniently used by a user practicing a stroke of a cue stick or practicing hitting a correct part of a billiard ball with the cue stick.
