A medical apparatus for hemostasis of an insertion and removal part of central venous lines according to the present invention comprises: a hemostasis tourniquet pressurizing a bleeding part to stop bleeding; a band connection unit including a second attachment surface on the outer surface; and a hemostasis band unit connected to one end of the band connection unit, attaching a first attachment surface provided on the inner surface to the second attachment surface and applying pressure so that the hemostasis tourniquet pressurizes the bleeding part.
