FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: device for pumping out hydrogen isotopes from the vacuum volume of a thermonuclear installation contains identical modules arranged parallel to each other along the exhaust path of the thermonuclear plant. Each of the modules includes a composite membrane based on the metals of the 5th group of the Periodic Table of Elements-niobium, vanadium, tantalum or their alloys with each other, an atomizer, a cooling system, and an output volume.
