FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: method of sheet manufacture from heat-resistant Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo alloy includes pre-treatment of an ingot by forging or moulding in - zone producing βa slab, hot longitudinal slab rolling to a semi-finished rolled product with further annealing and etching, cutting the semi-finished rolled stock to sheet blanks, their finishing and matching, pack transverse rolling to a sheet blank, followed by annealing and finishing of the produced sheets. The hot longitudinal slab rolling to a semi-finished rolled product is carried out in stages. At the first stage - at a heating temperature in (α+β)-area of Polymorphic Transformation Temperature (PTT)-(20÷60)°C and a total deformation degree of 25-30%, at the second stage - at a heating temperature in β-area of PTT+(80÷120)°C and a total deformation degree of 80-95%, at the final stage - no less than single rolling at a heating temperature in (α+β)-area of PTT-(20÷65)°C with a total deformation degree of 20-60%, pack transverse rolling is carried out in two stages in (α+β) -area at a heating temperature of PTT-(30÷60)°C with a total deformation degree of the package of 50-85% and with intermediate and final annealing. The ratio of the total deformation degrees of the final longitudinal semi-rolling of semi-finished rolled stock and transverse rolling of the package in (α+β) -area is no more than 10%.EFFECT: produced sheets of thickness up to 0,4 mm are characterized by low anisotropy of mechanical properties and homogeneous structure, satisfactory surface quality.2 dwg, 3 tbl
